Richard is an established successful entrepreneur, he has a proven track record of seeing an opportunity and maximising its potential, having purchased many businesses in distress, understanding the business issues and turning them around to making good profit margins to take to acquisition.

He is a born leader who motivates his management team to come along on the journey. As a sales man at heart he enjoys the sale and takes an active role in closing the deal. Richard is dedicated to ensuring his businesses exceed in their expectations by driven leadership.

Ian has 30 years' experience in operational, sales, development and expansion of organisations having held titles of Sales, Operations and Managing Director. He has worked in for the private service sector growing medium size organisations to sell, either by organic or acquisitional growth.

He has vast experience in negotiating having won multi-national, public and private sectors, contracts, notably securing national contracts for MOD, BT and BBC. Ian is highly motivated and committed "pace setting" leader with high energy and who expects a high level of commitment from his Managers. He nurtures talent and encourages staff to follow the objective to exceed the goal. Ian has history of success in all aspects of business, maximising stake/share holder profits.

David is a driven professional with a strong technical services background delivering strategic and operational management within property compliance, facilities management (FM) and hospitality.

Coming from a military background with over 16 years’ military service (Army & RAF) and over 25 years engineering experience he has managed many diverse teams, including gas & electrical engineers, multi trades, technical and operations managers. Some of the projects and contracts he has worked on include; Ei Group/Stonegate (largest UK Pub Company), Oracle (Integrated Cloud Applications), Virgin Media, Shell Energy, Cherwell District Council, Derby & Nottingham University and Gleeds’ UK properties.

Experienced leading and growing all sectors of our business to make it a dynamic and progressive organisation which centres around asbestos and health & safety. Possessing excellent communication skills and able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders across the world. Expert Witness for more than 10 years, giving evidence in asbestos based arbitrations.

Richard has been involved in asbestos and H & S consultancy since 1989. He is accountable for the development, review, maintenance and implementation of technical, training and compliance policies and procedures and internal and external compliance and quality management systems. Richard is able to deliver asbestos and H & S training both internally and externally, including the suite of BOHS courses, as well as a number of UKATA courses and tailored courses. He has worked from trainee to senior roles, both technical, managerial and Director level, being accountable for the financial and technical aspects of client and internal divisions and overseeing the operations of staff.

Lyndsey is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 23 years' experience. She is qualified as ICAEW and gained 20 years' experience in practice as an auditing and accountancy manager before joining the Mayfair Group of companies to head the accounts department. She is highly motivated and dedicated to building and leading a strong finance team.

Dave has 40+ years’ experience in sales, starting in the retail sector, working his way up to assistant then Manager of family run business.

Then moving on, into the hospitality industry, starting as sales operative for a well-known snack company, moving on to be a sales team supervisor, promoting sales and developing the sales team. 15 years ago, he then went into the fire protection industry as a Business Development Manager, promoted to a Key Account Manager managing multi-site accounts for the private, public sectors also local authorities.

Dave is a hardworking, self-driven and ambitious individual, who strives for himself and his team to reach targets and improve sales and opportunities, whilst ensuring our clients receive the service they expect from a national service company.

Over 30 years’ experience in customer service, facility management and project management. Tess’s career starter in the hospitality industry working in several 5-star hotels across the Europe and the world. Moving into the new build sector where she supported in developing a new concept in customer service after-sales process which at that time was a new and unique approach within the industry. Process driven with a eye for detail, with proven history in customer service, process development and implantation. Problem solving and thinking outside of the box to ensure that the clients and business needs are not only meet but exceeded.

Hayley has more than 20 years’ experience in the service sector, and has expert knowledge in the fire alarm design, install and troubleshooting in all types of systems. She is respected within the industry for her experience and within her team, supporting and nurturing her staff to grow from within the business.

She has a can-do attitude. As Branch Manager she is dedicated to promote the business, service our clients to exceed their expectations. Hayley always goes the extra mile to ensure delivery of every service is to third party accreditation, whilst maximising profits for her branch and the business.

As a Branch Manager she brings energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to the role with the goal of making the Scotland Branch a success.

Emma has over 23 years’ experience working within the fire protection industry and has worked within a Management Role for the last 13 years.  She has a personable and professional management style and strives to guide and motivate her team to success in all aspects of the business. Working previously with regulatory bodies such as NSI, BAFE and NICEIC, Emma has been heavily involved with the implementation and execution of the ISO9001 Quality Management System for the business and ensuring all processes are communicated well to each department.

Trevor is a qualified gas engineer with 20+ years’ experience, and is approaching 15 years’ service with the company. Following a career in the British Army in telecommunications, Trevor retrained as a gas engineer and joined Tennals, expanded with experience into a commercial gas engineer before differing promotions over the years resulting in promotion to Branch Manager of the Midlands region in mid-2023. Also the responsible person for the company gas safety and works with leading boiler manufactures to ensure we provide the most suitable appliances for our clients. A dedicated manager who is committed to the growth of the branch and business.
